Policy on Respecting the Rights and Intellectual Property on 2022

Cleanatic (Thailand) Co.,Ltd is aware of the importance of operation of work under the code of business
conduct and respect for rights and intellectual property of others as well as maintaining ones of the Company by showing
a clear intention to comply with the laws related to intellectual property strictly and will not do anything intentionally
infringing intellectual property whether copyright, patent or trademark. The guidelines have been laid down in practice as
follows:

1. The company encourages all employees to be aware of the protection of trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets as well as the company’s intellectual property This is to maintain the interests of the company fairly and to prevent copyright infringement from others.

2. All employees must not disclose any company’s confidential information without permission, and do not allow employees from providing any company’s confidential information for personal’s benefit purpose.

3. All works or copyright resulting from company duties including of the part of those works, are the copyright of the company that very employee has a duty to provide to the company.

4. All employees have a duty to respect the intellectual property of others. Any use of information or other people’s work, those involved must ensure that the property is not infringing the intellectual property of others.

5. Employees must use a computer and the company’s information technology for the company’s purpose only.

6. Employees must keep company information confidentially.

7. Employees, who are responsible for coordinating with business partners, have a duty to acknowledge them to understand that the company has a policy to respect rights and will not support any infringement of intellectual property and copyright.

8. The company will operate its business in accordance with the requirements of the law related to rights and intellectual property
